After becoming the main gastro furniture supplier of a multinational HoReCa company in Hungary we are looking for a field sales manager to join our team.


Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Building long-term relationship and being the main contact with SALES force

  • Close cooperation with Basic Collection Horeca management, logistic and marketing teams - sharing insights from stores and bringing innovative solutions to improve in-store execution

  • Providing regular training sessions to sales people on gastro furniture products

  • Analyzing current market situation, giving feedback about market, competitors and customer information

  • Pricing strategy execution and development

  • Visiting stores on a regular basis including: checking stores and improving Basic Collection in-store presence

  • Based in BC Horeca Showroom in Budapest

  • Travel included - country travel regularly: store visits according to monthly plan store visit tour with approx. 2 000-2 500 km driving/month



  • 3+ years of sales experience 

  • Strong strategic and business mindset

  • Analytical skills

  • Basic English knowledge

  • Team player, great communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  • Dynamic, result-driven and flexible person

  • Driving license

  • Strong influencing skills, dynamic and flexible person. Responsible.

  • Horeca and B2B sales experience is an advantage
